ACCRETECH (Europe) GmbH
We have been working with DIGITRON since 2004, when we first decided on outsourcing part of our customer support activities. In periods of high demand, we had as many as 5 DIGITRON technicians working with us at once. By and large, the tasks entrusted to DIGITRON by us comprise the installation and maintenance of our wafer probing systems and (to a lesser extent) our wafer dicers. In addition, we have had occasion to rely on their support for more specialized tasks. DIGITRON's technicians were employed by us in central and western Europe, at nearly all our customers' European locations, but primarily in Germany, France and Austria. – We are happy to take this opportunity of expressing our thanks and gratitude towards DIGITRON for the years of profitable alliance we have enjoyed thus far. We will not hesitate to recommend DIGITRON in the future!
